Getting client feedback feels much more structured with this tool. It also works well for doing market research with targeted customers and we can run surveys on time across the organization or within specific groups whenever needed.
Cons
The product would be better with proper knowledge transfer or training on how to use it. It's also missing a mobile app so accessing the application on the go isn't possible.
