Perfect solution for delivering CPD

Pros

I found it to be really user-friendly whether you're creating content or just using it day to day. When I've needed help, support has been quick to respond and actually helpful.

Cons

There are quite a few features we simply don't need so they just sit there unused.

Powerful Healthcare training tool

Pros

Setting it up was really simple and the WCEA support team did an amazing job getting all our customizations sorted out quickly. The interface is clean and easy to move about plus the Zoom integration works well. There's a solid selection of additional content available too. Our end users actually enjoy using it as it's not overly complicated like some other systems we evaluated. The pricing was definitely a major factor for us and our salesperson was patient and thorough with demos without being pushy at all. Overall, it's been a great experience.

Cons

The software lacks certain features though I hear some are being developed. Would love to see learning paths added. Integration with other apps is also missing which would be helpful for our workflow.

Effective software for CE sharing

Pros

Adding videos and question sets is easy and tracking usage is not an issue either. The support team is amazing to work with when needed.

Cons

I wish there was an email notification system when someone leaves a comment or rating on our site. It would be really helpful to get alerts for negative feedback on education programs so I could respond quickly and address any concerns.

Solid Learning Platform for EyeCare Education

Pros

The platform scales really well to meet accreditation requirements for our eyecare team and other interdisciplinary staff.

Cons

Excellent tool with outstanding support

Pros

It's really easy to use and upload content. Even better, WCEA can handle the uploads for you if you prefer.

Cons

The only drawback I see right now is the billing invoice system but I've been told they're working on fixing that.

Awesome LMS with huge global reach

Pros

I can create content and share it with my team using userfriendly tools. Accessing materials is simple for users and there's a huge library of specialized courses from other organizations that I can tap into as well.

Cons

Sometimes users struggle to find particular courses though this happens very rarely.
