It provides really helpful training materials and they've been especially useful for the small to mid sized businesses we support.

Going through the training was genuinely useful especially for building a solid understanding of the basics that help in the sales world. The points system was a nice bonus too and it worked out perfectly with Christmas coming around.

There really wasn't anything wrong with the training. A few topics did come up more than once but I actually thought that was helpful because it showed how the same subject applied in different scenarios.

Running this as an in house training solution has been very manageable from an admin standpoint. The reporting tools are especially helpful because they give us a clear way to assess how competent our clients are when it comes to cyber threats.

The platform is very user friendly, the interface looks excellent and the self paced setup makes it convenient to complete training on my own schedule. The analytics are also presented in a clear, concise way which makes tracking progress simple.

At this point I really haven't come across any meaningful downside. It's priced very reasonably and the return on investment has been well worth it.

The course material itself is solid but that's about the only positive I can point to.

Assigning training to users has no real automation at all which makes the whole process frustrating. The reporting is also very poor. Every course has to be assigned manually to each individual (one person and one course at a time) and whenever a new employee joins the entire process has to be repeated from scratch.

Simple to get this training platform up and running and the whole system feels very user friendly. When someone clicks on a simulated phishing email, the follow up message that guides them into the training module is clear, direct and easy to understand.

I do not have much to complain about. The only challenge is that the price can be a little hard to justify to a small business even though I still think the tool is fairly and reasonably priced.

I found it was really easy and informative to use this site and it is honestly one of the best training platforms I've used. It was simple to figure out and I liked that it wasn't just packed with endless blocks of text. When you're faced with page after page of words it's easy to lose interest but the colors, diagrams and screenshots made everything feel more engaging and enjoyable. Because of that it kept my attention and made me much more likely to keep going and want to complete similar training again in the future!

I genuinely don't have any issues. Everything felt spot on and I couldn't find anything I disliked about it. Whoever put this site together did a really impressive job both in terms of the content itself and the way it's presented. I've honestly tried to think of at least one negative but I just can't come up with anything.

The training content is accessible and for the most part, presented clearly enough to follow.

Cons

A big downside is how heavily the material is geared toward a US audience which makes it less effective and less relatable for our teams here in the UK.

Getting campaigns set up and sent out is very easy. It's also really simple to review the data and measure how effective the product is for end users.

At this point I haven't come across any issues yet. I'll be able to evaluate it more thoroughly once I have more hands-on experience and additional feedback from users.

Rolling this product out across our organization has been very easy and enforcing it company-wide is just as simple. One thing I especially appreciate is being able to pull status reports whenever needed

It can feel a little expensive for certain clients especially some of the ones I work with in Central Africa.
