Pros
The interface is user-friendly for both admins and regular users. Everything feels convenient and makes performing various tasks simple. Their technical support team is really responsive and helpful when you need assistance.
Cons
I haven't run into any major issues with this platform and the integration process is pretty easy. It covers most of what we needed to get our online learning system up and running.

Pros
Been using this for three years now and it's been a solid journey with plenty of achievements. As a product manager, it's really helped me train teams on our products and build a stronger community of experts around our services. Over the years, I've noticed consistent improvements and here's what stands out most. The website and mobile page creation is easy to use, building any page or feedback form for our community experts is straightforward and efficient. The user interface feels professional and smooth. Finding product courses, tracking ongoing sessions and monitoring client enrollment numbers for record keeping has become much easier. Customization options are extensive, I've been able to set up our own branding and create a company website using CNAME records, giving us a completely white-labeled solution. The customer support team is outstanding, providing excellent assistance whenever we reach out with issues, even though we're using the whitelabeled version.
Cons
Setting up custom logic and form branches is really time-consuming, and as someone new to this, I definitely needed expert help since the guides are pretty overwhelming. Getting everything set up isn't as easy as I hoped. While you can create custom reports, exporting them for offline use is frustratingly slow, the export process just drags on forever. The payment collection fees are high if youre selling courses which really hurts your ROI, plus payment settlements take way too long to process.

“Excellent Tool for guiding customers regarding our products
Pros
Excellent teaching platform for product training. My friend recommended this to us and we decided to try it for educating customers about our beauty and cosmetics products. We needed a way to teach clients how to properly use and apply our items and this tool has been perfect for that over the years. The video embedding feature is amazing. I can record product training videos, upload them to YouTube, and embed them directly into the platform for easy client access without eating up data bundles. I really appreciate the notification system that sends alerts through the app, email, and SMS to remind clients about course deadlines, updates, and their learning progress, all at no additional cost. The interactive whiteboards are useful with their built-in video conferencing capability making it much easier to conduct online teaching sessions with larger groups of clients through both whiteboards and video calls.
Cons
The user interface could definitely use some work. Finding courses, videos, and audio notes isn't as simple as it should be. Custom reports need more templates and better logic behind them plus exporting these reports for offline reading takes way too long to finish. What really hurts our budget is the per-learner pricing model, which makes this pretty expensive for our specific use case since we only need it for product training.

I've been really impressed with how this platform helps our team develop both professionally and educationally. The growth opportunities it provides are outstanding. Being able to see our educational progress visually has been a game-changer. It tracks everything we do, giving us complete visibility into our activities and development. Their customer support deserves special mention and whenever we've had issues, they've resolved them quickly and effectively. Really reliable service.
Cons
It may be hard to get the hang of and I wish there were more customization options for the interface. Sometimes the system feels a little rigid when trying to adapt it to our specific workflow needs.

Pros
What I really appreciate is how quickly I can get my courses published, just takes a few clicks. The payment system works great and student management has become so much simpler. The dashboards for finances, marketing, academic progress and performance give me a clear view of everything happening in my business. Plus, whenever I need help, customer support gets back to me fast.
Cons
Its quite expensive to be honest. They could definitely make it more affordable for smaller operations.

I can manage all our data smoothly without running into errors, and the interface is really simple to use with plenty of integrations available.
Cons
The enrollment management could be more streamlined and while they have secure servers, the information storage system feels a bit complex at times.
