“Engaging Learning Experience with Self-Reflection

Pros

What I enjoy most is the coaching, self-reflection and the ability to dive deeper into learning. It makes the experience more engaging and gives me a chance to grow personally and professionally at the same time.

Cons

I feel one coaching session isn't enough and I might need more training to use it effectively.
