Unfortunately, I had a negative experience with this software. I found it to be a scam, and when I requested a refund, I did not receive one. The call center representatives were highly unprofessional, and the system experienced frequent downtime.
Cons
We used WizIQ LMS for a year, and the system was frequently offline during the COVID-19 pandemic. The customer support was unresponsive, and they suffered a major server breach. They even performed system upgrades during our live classes without proper testing. Their servers proved to be weak, unable to handle more than 20 students at a time.

Pros
I truly hope that more individuals who have fallen victim to this company can come together to hold WizIQ accountable for their actions. It's quite baffling how such a fraudulent organization has managed to operate for so long, continuously deceiving and ensnaring customers. I strongly urge everyone to read reviews from genuine users who have experienced the product firsthand and learn from their stories. The pattern is strikingly similar. Their sales tactics are extremely aggressive, bombarding you with excessive contacts, offers, time-limited promotions, and more. However, once they have your money, they disappear for extended periods, failing to fulfill their commitments and refusing to provide refunds when they are unable to deliver what they promised.
Cons
Honestly, I have nothing to say about this software. They engage in fraudulent practices, recruiting individuals to write fake reviews and manipulate search engine rankings. It would be great if there was a community that could help victims like us take legal action against this company affordably. They contribute to the pollution of the digital service ecosystem.

The interface is well-designed and, when functioning properly, it is easy to grasp.
Cons
We have encountered multiple issues with scheduling, student logins, connectivity, and more. The technical support team provides conflicting and sometimes rude responses. They often attribute every problem to user error, despite the fact that most of our users are quite tech-savvy. The scheduling system is impractical, and the teaching assistants have been unable to assist us effectively.
