“Interface is good”

Pros

What I really like about this platform is how it helps me and my teammates get new hires up to speed. Setting up everything I need for onboarding is super easy. The interface looks great and works smoothly for everyone involved.

Cons

Milestones don't always hit the mark for me. I've also found that tracking certain tasks doesn't always record properly. Plus, the notifications don't always come through as fast as I'd like

“Fantastic UI and responsive support”

Pros

Its soo easy creating and managing onboarding for new employees with this software. The platform is user-friendly and the interface looks fantastic and the help desk responds very quickly whenever needed.

Cons

Their flexibility can be better and it would be nice to have more features available such as changing fonts and a simpler way to add links.

“Reminders really help”

Pros

Almost immediately i took hold of the whole platform,it took me less than five minutes to figure out the platform and start using it properly. Another thing that works well is the gentle reminders it sends when someone misses a module which is a nice touch.

Cons

Nothing specific I dislike about this tool because it does exactly what it is meant to do. I personally haven't run into any problems with it.

“improved our learning experience”

Pros

Learning has become more engaging ever since we shifted to this platform because the interface feels welcoming and taking the quizzes my manager sets up is very simple too. A lot of other platforms come across as outdated or intimidating but this one looks very visually appealing. I also love that it celebrates with you when you pass a quiz.

Cons

From the user side, I honestly haven't run into any downsides. There could be some limits on the admin side but I haven't heard any of my managers mention any complaints so far.

“Amazing coaching variety”

Pros

I like how every employee can clearly see what they're supposed to work on. The different questioning approaches are a nice touch and give new hires a better opportunity to grow and develop their skills.

Cons

The custom layout cant be adjusted to match our company's brand colors. That makes it feel a little less professional although it hasn't really bothered the new employees so far.

Pros

Milestones and task sets are easy to get through. As someone new to a team, onboarding can usually feel pretty overwhelming but this platform takes a lot of that stress away. It keeps a record of completed tasks so they can be reviewed later and the email reminders are genuinely helpful. There's also something really satisfying about finishing a task and seeing the sets turn green. Because of that, the whole onboarding process feels much more manageable now.

Cons

Watch out for saving your answers in a separate document or sheet since Wonderway itself may not always keep the text you've entered.

“focused learning for work”

Pros

It's a strong platform for learning and practicing job-related topics in a business setting. The interface feels user-friendly and the clean, simple layout helps a lot. Because of that, it's easier to stay focused on the tasks that matter most.

Cons

If I could adjust one thing, I'd add a logo in the top left that links back to the main overview. At first, I didn't realize there was a central overview for all task areas so I kept every link open separately. The small X in the top right doesn't really make it clear that it leads back to an overview so a logo would make navigation much more adaptive.

“Good tool for onboarding tasks”

Pros

To be honest, i couldn't have picked a better tool. It was my first time using it and everything felt very clear to navigate and simple to follow. The design is excellent too and it creates a really comfortable feeling while using the platform. Since managers use it as well, Im also able to interact with mine and read the feedback on my answers which almost feels like being back at school and learning everything from the beginning again in a good way :)

Cons

Cant point to anything negative. The platform is so simple and user-friendly that I haven't come across any downsides.

“Training flow keeps you engaged”

Pros

The interface is simple and quick to pick up. During the training period at my company, it was really simple to follow every step and the way each chapter flowed made the entire process feel clear and simple.

Cons

I didn't run into anything I disliked about it. My overall experience was very positive, it fit my needs well and I never felt like anything was missing.

“fantastic onboarding hub”

Pros

Right from day one, the site was incredibly helpful and made the onboarding process feel very simple. Everything I needed was available in one place, it was simple to access and I always knew what I was supposed to learn each day and what the overall plan looked like.

Cons

Haven't run into any real downsides or had any suggestions for improvement while using the site.

“Handy updates for remote learning”

Pros

The UX feels simple and it's a really helpful way for remote tech workers to stay updated and keep building their skills on their own. The regular reminders and updates also help a lot with getting things submitted on time.

Cons

This works really well for people who enjoy diving into projects independently and learning at their own pace. I personally prefer a more collaborative setup so I'd enjoy it more if there were an option to work in groups and complete projects together.

“Great platform i must say”

Pros

Joining my new company felt much more manageable thanks to the onboarding programs built in this tool. The whole platform is very user friendly... from seeing the due dates for each task to accessing the training content. I also appreciated the range of exercise formats, like questionnaires, open-text responses, recorded video and audio answers and hyperlink submissions. The design is clean, simple and simple. It honestly played a big part in making my onboarding experience feel smooth.

Cons

I don't have much negative to mention. If I had to be extremely picky and assuming this isn't already possible but just wasn't enabled by my employer, it could use an option to temporarily decline a question and give a reason why the user cant or shouldn't answer it.

“Good features”

Pros

Their layout is very simple and the checklist makes it simple to stay on top of onboarding tasks all in one place. I also appreciate having all the relevant documents and pages linked at the top of each section so everything is quick to access. The milestone feature is a nice addition too.

Cons

There should be more control over email reminders and the ability to review which quiz questions were answered incorrectly as that would really help with learning during onboarding.

“Training tracking features work well”

Pros

What works really well is the set of features that let managers track and review employee progress through the training module .. this actually makes it much easier to roll out training effectively across the whole organisation. It's also useful that progress on activities can be saved and picked up again later so time doesn't get wasted when you need to step away. The platform is also simple to follow so new employees can get started with training without much trouble.

Cons

It's only a small drawback but from time to time Ive run into issues when trying to attach documents needed to complete certain training tasks.

The platform looks polished, has a clean and visually appealing layout and the training modules I completed were very simple to follow. I didn't run into any issues while going through them.

Cons

I don't have much to criticize. It's quick, adaptive and from an end-user perspective, it worked really well for me.

Getting started with it has been really simple and the platform is very user-friendly overall. It's been a valuable tool for onboarding new employees and also for supporting team members as they transition into different departments.

Cons

One thing that could be better is the flexibility on the admin side. We regularly run into situations where we need to extend an employee's training period or skip ahead and mark a section as complete and that process could be more adaptable.

“Email reminders for the win”

Pros

The platform walks you step by step all the way to the finish. A lot of the tasks can also be reviewed and checked by your teacher which is really helpful. And if something slips your mind, the email reminders make sure you stay on track.

Cons

You have to wait for your teacher to review everything before it's fully completed but honestly it's not a big deal at all. Just a small thing :) Overall, I really don't have anything to complain about.

“Makes trainings so much easier”

Pros

What I really appreciate is how the training gets broken down into stages. It makes it so much easier to see exactly where we are at a glance. Marking tasks as complete helps me stay organized and keeps me from getting buried under my regular daily work.

Cons

The email reminders are a bit much. I still haven't figured out how to turn them off. I'd prefer to just get notifications on the platform itself without having them flood my inbox too. That's something I'd really like to see added.

Setting up learning paths feels adaptive for both admins and end users which makes the whole process much more practical. The reminder feature is also really useful especially when you manage a team and need a reliable way to keep tasks from being forgotten.

Cons

Reporting still has room to improve and I'd also like to see more flexibility on the admin side when it comes to extending tasks or marking them as completed. A free version or trial before purchasing the platform would also be a big plus.
