Pros

It's easy for my clients to use and I appreciate how easy the learning boards are to manage. The customizable platform and visual reports make my work much smoother and the support team has been excellent.

Cons

I'd like to see more advanced reporting features, though I'm already collaborating with the team on improvement ideas.
