One thing that works really well is how customizable it is for property management needs and the fact that it integrates with other Yardi products makes it even more useful. It doesn't take long to learn and there's plenty of support available whenever you run into an issue.
Cons
However it is starting to feel a bit dated and not quite as current as some newer options like Voyageur or Elevate. Getting the access controls set up correctly can also be a pretty tedious process.

A few older documents are still in the system and some of them feel outdated.
