Their team really gets what businesses need and delivers solid solutions. They're super responsive and always ready to jump in and fix any problems quickly. As an online English school, this platform helped us take that major leap forward by giving us something that actually works for our company and automates tons of processes we used to handle manually. Getting it set up was so easy and everything went smoothly. The system is simple to understand.
Cons
The timezone difference can be a bit tricky since I'm in Mexico and they're on another continent, but honestly it's not much of an issue since their response times are still really good.

Pros
It has been amazing for getting our Spanish tutoring business off the ground. Its packed with helpful features and really user-friendly, which made getting the hang of it much easier than expected. What I love most is how customizable everything is. We could shape it exactly to fit our teaching style and business needs. The support team deserves huge credit too. They're always available when we need them and don't hesitate to jump on last-minute calls. Mr. Heera Partap and Ms. Dipti Tuli have been incredible, going way beyond what you'd normally expect from customer service.
Cons
If there is one thing that I'd like to change, it would be having built-in video support instead of relying on third-party solutions. That would make this a complete package for online education.

We were provided outstanding support by the head count manager, he was really approachable and handled all my questions quickly and effectively. Brilliant service overall.
Cons
Customization is pretty expensive and could really use some negotiation room to make it more budget-friendly. That said, they're innovative and do an excellent job keeping clients informed about their capabilities across all departments.

“Great tool with Well trained support”
Pros
From what I have seen, the support team is really well trained and there's always someone ready to help and they genuinely want to solve your problems. You never feel abandoned, which really elevates the whole experience! The software itself is amazing too, packed with features I didn't even know I needed.
Cons
The only thing I can think of is that a quick video walkthrough might help you get through the API setup faster. But honestly, the support team is so helpful that they'll guide you through anything you need anyway!
