Pros

I appreciate how I can access this from anywhere and the way it offers different levels of functionality. You can keep things simple or dive into more complex testing scenarios. The flexibility really stands out letting me work from any location while scaling up the complexity when needed.

Cons

The pricing is pretty high for what you get. Also, the naming conventions are confusing. Half the time I can't figure out what a feature actually does just from its name, which makes moving around frustrating.
