Pros

I really love that I can personalize everything exactly how I want it. It gives me a lot of flexibility to tailor the platform to suit my specific needs making it feel much more customized and efficient for me.

Cons

The platform doesn't offer its own courses to complement my workers' training, making Canvas Instructure equally useful and completely free for my purposes.
