“Reporting improvements needed”
Pros
The greatest thing for me is this LMS's ease of use. The interface is pretty basic and the reporting and data analysis section is easy and displayed in a clean way. Of course, this tool biggest advantage is their AMAZING content. They have an extensive course marketplace that really blows my mind as an L&D specialist.
Cons
They're still developing the SCORM upload option which I'm waiting for. The reporting feels very limited and doesn't provide specific stats that would help me track ROI and impact more effectively.
