“Complex platform, needs fresh design

Pros

Support and customer care of this tool feels very genuine and they are really cooperative. The developers constantly improve the platform with updates and this steady progress makes me confident it will become the top product.

Cons

The platform isn't very simple, so I had to spend time learning all the features to make proper use of them. I'd also love to see a fresher design and the option to have this tool as a phone app.
