“Simplifies registrations and payments
Pros
This platform is very easy for both us as organizers and our clients to use. It saves me a lot of time by automating registrations, payments and email communication. I also find the support team extremely helpful and fast to respond and I appreciate that new features are continuously developed based on feedback.
Cons
Some of the more advanced settings are a bit hidden or tricky to find at first but once I got used to the system, everything made sense. I also feel the mobile view could be slightly more optimized for administrators.

Pros
For me, this platform has helped cut unnecessary administration and set up my courses on a professional level. I can easily manage courses, lecturers, attendance and payments without being tied to my computer all day. Since this tool is available on mobile, I can solve urgent issues in just a few clicks from anywhere.

For me, this tool is an excellent platform for sports clubs and organizations focused on children's activities. I find it easy to manage registrations and my team appreciates how accessible it is. The team of this platform is always responsive and friendly and I feel reassured knowing they constantly improve the app with updates.
Cons
The servers tend to lag when many customers use this tool at the same time, especially after an update. The user profile setup also needs an overhaul, though I know the team is already working on improvements.

With this tool, I can collect client data, manage attendance, schedule sessions and even handle payments. It saves me a lot of time and effort in organizing everything.
Cons
Some actions need to be done for each client individually, even when I need to repeat the same action for many clients. The calendar overview is very wide, requiring a lot of scrolling and I miss having a clear monthly payments overview in one place.

I enjoy the user interface and I find the email reminders for clients very useful. It also makes group communication easier for me to manage.
Cons
It's not easy to change client data on my own since I have to go through the this tool team. Clients sometimes make mistakes with emails or phone numbers and I'd love to correct them immediately to use features like SMS. I also don't have access to the online card payment function in Ireland which would be a great option for parents.

This platform's booking system feels simple and user friendly and as a language tutor, I rely on it daily. I can schedule and manage appointments easily and the calendar integration keeps everything organized for me and my students. Cons
Creating invoices is a bit difficult for me and could definitely be improved. The calendar also needs work because when I try to print or view the full overview of all teachers lessons, it doesn't display clearly.

Cons
I find the system less user friendly than I'd like. My clients struggled to sign in, navigate and register for their dates. Having too many open options became a problem, as I ended up spending extra time guiding or even completing tasks for them.

For me, the most valuable features are communication, attendance, and replacement management. I also find it incredibly helpful that I can copy clients between different periods, which plays a key role in the success of my projects.
Cons
