“Happy with it”
Pros
From the initial installation and integration to the Kubernetes setup, everything was very easy. The onboarding moved quickly, the customer service has been amazing throughout and it's also very flexible when it comes to customization.
Cons
I don't have any complaints overall though having more customizable dashboards and reports would be a nice addition.
