“Best reporting with clear details
Pros
For me, Allure is definitely the best reporting tool out there. The reports it generates are incredibly detailed which is great because even non-technical people can get a clear picture of what passed, what failed and why. It actually shows you the exact line where a test failed which a lot of other tools miss. This makes it so much easier for everyone, not just the QA team to understand the results. Plus it eliminates any confusion about the test environment, the customer support is really responsive and there's a huge user community which makes troubleshooting any issues much easier.
Cons
The initial setup was a bit challenging for our team. Since we're running CircleCI as our server and many of our developers are used to Jenkins, we found it difficult to locate documentation beyond what CircleCI itself provided

“integrated and well-supported tool!!
Pros
It integrates completely with most programming languages and testing frameworks. The support via email and Telegram chat is great and there's a wide community that always gives helpful answers to questions or problems. Setting it up with our CI/CD pipeline was also very easy.
Cons
Sometimes new updates can accidentally break features that were working in older versions.

“Modern test automation approach
Pros
This software uses a really modern approach to test documentation and automation which we at Wrike highly value. It supports our core principles: minimizing manual test docs, relying heavily on automation and having self-descriptive code and results. In short, it perfectly supports our 'quality at speed' approach. I also believe the engineering architecture is built on modern principles allowing the Allure team to provide the scalability and performance we need to handle our loads of tens to hundreds of thousands of tests per day.
Cons
With the huge number of tests we run, sometimes we still run into some performance issues when test results come in after a build has already finished.
