Pros

Compared with other systems, this one feels much more user-friendly and we're also using AVEVA OSIsoft PI Historian.

Lately the customer support hasn't been as effective as it used to be so that definitely needs improvement.

Pros

One of the biggest advantages of this solution is its web-based user interface. The overall look and feel of the latest version is very well done and fits nicely with modern situational awareness design principles.

In certain use cases, defining and grouping entities especially in relation to how Production Orders are handled, can be a bit tricky. That said it's manageable and definitely not something that prevents using the system.

Getting Wonderware MES up and running was simple and the overall system is very user-friendly once deployed.

One area that could be improved is the scalability of the Wonderware MES system.

Pros

It does a solid job of handling many different areas of production plants and facilities, including inventory, quality order management and more.

Cons

Getting the system fully up and running takes a lot of configuration across different environments. The setup is not very simple and the cost feels a bit high compared with similar suites.
