In today's fast-paced and ever-changing market, it's important for our organization to have a well-managed, efficient and automated supply chain solution. Bamboo Rose perfectly filled that need, making our supply chain department more streamlined and operative. This solution is simple, cost-effective and user-friendly, not only handling supply chain matters but also providing valuable feedback directly from customers.

Amazing Platform to enable enterprise giants to get high margin and streamline delivery.

Pros

The remarkable aspect of Bamboo Rose is its ability to drive growth and enhance margins by comparing quotes from our supplier base. It also significantly improves customer service and facilitates seamless collaboration.

Cons

Bamboo Rose - A supply chain and multi-tenant leader.

Pros

With Bamboo Rose, I can easily create digital showrooms to collaborate efficiently with other team members. It offers comprehensive management of orders, suppliers, payments and more through its unified interface. The platform makes the process uploading, sharing of designs, and communication a simple process, and it even integrates with Microsoft Azure.

Cons

The platform is efficient, but I believe it would greatly benefit from more integration with third-party software.

Pros

I find Bamboo Rose to be an excellent solution for keeping spec sheets organized and easily accessible in one centralized location. It simplifies the search process and ensures everything is conveniently at hand.

Cons

In the beginning, it was a bit challenging to learn how to navigate, but after using it a few times, it became quite easy to use. It has been very helpful for cross-functional use among different teams.

Great software!

Pros

The setup and configuration process is swift and smooth. I had no trouble integrating it into our operations, and Bamboo Rose's customer support provided excellent assistance. The software's capability to accurately map out each aspect of work makes it an invaluable development partner. It is a comprehensive solution that effectively manages our product value chain.

Cons

Certain parts of the tool lack intuitiveness which eventually requires in-depth training for new employees. The dashboard also requires improvement.

Good platform to stay organized

Pros

Once I figured out how to use it, I found it to be the best way to keep spec sheets and other information organized and easily accessible within the app.

Cons

It takes a little effort to learn how to navigate at first, but once you become familiar with all the details, it becomes a great way to store and easily access information across different teams.

it has been a great help to automate a large number of processes

Pros

When I use this application, I find that it has a simple and intuitive interface which allows me to navigate without any major issues. Its design specifically for food businesses makes it perfectly tailored to my restaurant's needs. It has been a tremendous help in automating numerous processes. The statistics panel presents all the necessary information in a concise and visually appealing manner. Moreover, the ability to export data to other formats for more detailed reports makes it an invaluable asset for decision-making within the company. I have nothing but praise for the customer service team, as their service and response times are truly exceptional.

Cons

I admit I was initially doubtful when seeking an application to automate and simplify numerous processes within my restaurant. However, Bamboo Rose pleasantly surprised me by proficiently resolving practically all of my problems.

Pros

It serves as a repository for our style information, consolidating it in one convenient location.

Cons

Unfortunately, there are limited options for generating reports or extracting data from it. It doesn't integrate well with our other applications, and there are no automated notifications for changes or comments which makes tracking development a difficult task. Searching for specific information can be hit or miss, and it relies mostly on free text and manual reading. It would be beneficial to have the ability to view, for example, all styles in a season that use certain artwork.
