“Blue Cherry is very flexible as an ERP and thus it can be challenging, but overall it does the job.
Pros
Blue Cherry perfectly manages our product lifecycle by covering everything from design to production and sales orders.
Cons
The outdated or lack of documentation on their Wiki and the inconsistency in captions for the same information in different places are the things I like the least.

Pros
The ERP system is excellent, and its integration with the business is smooth. As a manufacturing company, this system covers all our processes, from PLM to B2C.
Cons
Personally, my least favorite aspect of the software is the Wiki. The system's complexity is not adequately reflected in the Wiki's content. Having more agents enter information would greatly benefit the software and everyone else.

“Detail Oriented
Pros
The switchover to Infinity brought valuable updates that significantly improved visibility into the business details across all departments.
Cons
I found some screens to be overly detailed, making it difficult to read, and the shortcuts were not always easily accessible.

“very clear and easy for user
Pros
I really enjoyed creating new types of reports, and I had no issues with using multiple features simultaneously, specifically for the A/R option.
Cons
There were occasional small errors that we had to catch ourselves. However, overall, I can't complain about the software's user experience.

“Needs Upgrades
Pros
What I like about the software is its simplicity once you receive proper training. The screens, such as the style master and production order entry functionalities, are clear and easy to read. Moreover, the report launcher offers a wide range of reports that can be generated.
Cons
I believe the sales orders involve too many unnecessary steps. It would be much better if one product could be represented in one line for a sales order. Currently, when dealing with different size packs, each pack needs to be entered as a separate line. Combined with the previous step of setting up a style master, putting together a sales order can become complex and time-consuming. Simplifying certain aspects would make it easier for sales teams to sell.
