“A sales tracking win”

Pros

Switching from spreadsheets to Brahmin Solutions made a huge difference once our company started growing and supply chain issues made everything harder to manage. It gives us a solid way to track purchase orders from vendors along with sales orders and that visibility on what is coming in and going out has been really valuable. Another big plus is how willing the Brahmin team is to work with you and adjust the system around your needs. They've been very helpful in making sure the software supports the way we need to operate.

Cons

The only real challenge we ran into was when we tried connecting the software with QuickBooks Online after moving over from QuickBooks Enterprise. We ended up separating the two systems to keep our accounting team satisfied. From what I could tell, the issue seemed to come more from QuickBooks than from Brahmin and whenever support was needed, Brahmin was much more responsive and easier to work with.

“packed with handy features”

Pros

The number of features included for the price is impressive. The support team is excellent. They really understand their customers and put in the effort to help keep the business running as efficiently as possible.

Cons

At the beginning, there were a few issues but I've run into similar things with other software too. The team put a lot of work into fixing them and at this point there are hardly any problems left.

“fast performance but functions could be better”

Pros

I really appreciate the loading speed of this software. Pages load very quickly and I can keep several browser tabs open under the same account which makes it much easier to juggle inventory orders, quotes and other tasks at the same time.

Cons

Brahmin Solutions still has plenty of room for improvement even though they do seem to be actively working on it. The search functions, reporting and quoting tools all need major attention and there are still quite a few system glitches that haven't been fully resolved yet.
