“very efficient”
Pros
From the first click CounterGo feels very user friendly. Dragging out shapes and building diagrams takes almost no effort and it's simple enough that just about anyone could pick it up. It gives me accurate pricing along with the measuring tools I need to do my job the right way. I can also control details really well, whether I'm adding a backsplash, setting a rounded radius corner, choosing different edge profiles or getting more in depth with mitered edges. I use it every day for work and overall I enjoy using it a lot.
Cons
One thing that gives me trouble is the lack of a custom shape option. CounterGo doesn't really support diamond layouts or other unusual shapes so that can make things difficult whenever I run into those kinds of jobs.

“Visual planning is fantastic”
Pros
Being able to quickly sketch out the counters I need for a project makes it much easier to figure out how many slabs of material I need to buy. Adding product images is also a big plus because it helps me see the directional flow and work out the best placement of the counters on the slab. It's really useful to have that visual layout, both for planning my own work and for showing clients exactly how much space they have to work with.
Cons
The only challenge I ran into was the requirement for a piece to be at least 3 inches wide which didn't always match what I had available. Because of that, I sometimes had to improvise by using the backsplash as a feature even when there wasn't actually one there.
