The team is accessible, genuinely curious and focused on solving problems. They take time to understand the underlying use cases and are eager to come up with practical solutions that meet or even exceed expectations.

Cons

At times, the follow-up on issues we've submitted hasn't been quite as satisfying as we hoped and a few reminders have been necessary. That said, it hasn't been anything critical.

Pros

Something that really impressed me about Cyzag is how much control it gives users over digitalization and continuous improvement. Because it's built on a no-code approach, anyone who spends a little time getting familiar with the platform can start creating custom apps and visual tools that fit their day-to-day operations. It makes it possible to build a real decision-making platform where data is directly connected to actions. This was actually the first time I had seen shopfloor events linked through data all the way up to decisions and actions at director level. On top of the platform itself, the Cyzag team brings a deep understanding of operational excellence and has been extremely willing to support a demanding customer like me in reaching specific goals which was also a first for me when working with a software company.

Cons

If there's a drawback it's that having so many options to build exactly what you want can sometimes make the design phase a little less efficient. That said, their team is always available to step in and help when needed.

Pros

One of the best parts is how flexible it is. The tool adapts to your process instead of forcing you to change the way you work.

Cons

The overall look and feel of Cyzag is decent but it could still use some improvement.
