“Reliable real time quality control”

Pros

Our SPC real time shop floor application has become one of our key databases because it helps us anticipate and avoid quality issues before they happen. The software is very user friendly and the automated alerts and email notifications from the satellites provide immediate feedback to every department that needs it. On top of that the network uptime has been consistently stellar.

I don't have any negative feedback about this software.

“flexible SPC with excellent support”

Pros

Using this software day to day has been really easy and it adapts well to different needs thanks to its customization options. At CEP Technologies, we rely on it every day to monitor SPC and the results have been very satisfying. Whenever help has been needed, Datalyzer's customer service has been outstanding which has made working with the software even more convenient.

“customized support that delivers”

Pros

After using this system every day at Novi Spring INC. one thing we really value is how many of the customizations we asked for were actually put in place. The support team have been a big help in making those requests happen. On the rare occasion that something comes up, customer service is quick to respond and has consistently met or even gone beyond what we needed.

Cons

There really are very few downsides for Novi Spring when it comes to this software and program. If I had to point to one, it would be the number of revisions and updates that seemed to happen for a while though even that has been handled well and feels much more organized lately.
