“Very adaptive design”

Pros

After a few months of using this software, I've been really impressed by how user friendly the design is. On the occasions when we hit a roadblock, the customer support team responds quickly and gets the issue resolved fast.

Cons

Since its still a relatively new piece of software, it hasnt worked out every bug yet. That said, we rarely run into the same issue more than once.

Pros

Working with Digit felt like having a real partner, rather than a vendor. Their team was highly responsive, easy to reach and always willing to tackle challenges alongside us. They regularly offered helpful guidance, came up with temporary fixes when needed and laid out a clear plan for longer-term improvements.

Cons

A few features were not available right away. Like many evolving platforms, there were occasional features gaps that meant we had to use workarounds while updates were still in development. That said, the team stayed proactive by offering temporary solutions and clearly communicating what improvements were coming next.

“Better visibility across production”

Pros

Managing production is much simpler now and the inventory problems we used to deal with have basically disappeared. From my role as production manager, I now have clear visibility into how jobs are progressing and my team can check available inventory themselves and resolve issues without having to bring everything back to me.

Cons

Getting the system up and running felt a little frustrating at first especially since we had to train the entire team on it. Once everyone started using it every day, things improved a lot. It has moved more of the computer based work onto the production team but our previous system simply couldn't handle the kind of features it provides.

Pros

Right from the start, the system has been very easy to use. The screens and tables are clean, visually appealing and easy to follow. Getting new users trained on how everything works has been fairly manageable as well.

Cons

On the manufacturing side though it feels a bit limited. It's frustrating that certain features are missing especially things like lot number generation and label traceability.

Pros

After about a year of using the software, it has completely changed the way our operation runs. We rely on the software every day and it has consistently been dependable for us. The system feels organized and accessible, while still giving us the flexibility to adapt it to the way our business works. Just as important, the team behind it has been fantastic. They respond quickly, communicate well and genuinely seem invested in helping us do well. Since we've started using it in place, we've been able to spend more time growing the business instead of stressing over data integrity or worrying that things will get missed. Overall, it's been an excellent experience.

Cons

There really isn't much to complain about. Any minor issues we've come across were resolved quickly by the support team and it's obvious they care about improving the product and taking care of their customers.

“Smooth user experience”

Pros

Switching over from our previous inventory management system was a very simple process. Getting new employees up to speed with it has also been a simple process, thanks to the clean interface. On top of that their customer support team is very responsive when it comes to requests for changes or customizations for our company specific setup.

Cons

One limitation is that UI changes have to be made across the entire system so the team has to carefully weigh updates that would improve things for one customer without creating a worse experience for others.

“Inventory tracking that delivers”

Pros

Getting started with Digit Software has been very easy and the inventory and product management tools have been excellent. We can create BOMs and keep track of every single part required to finish a job which has been really valuable.

Cons

At this point, it is still somewhat limited when it comes to correcting shipping errors or making changes to work orders that are already in progress.

“Helped with efficiency”

Pros

It has made a noticeable difference in how efficiently our business operates. The team walked us through the installation process in a very supportive way and they've continued to be dependable whenever questions or issues come up. The platform feels polished yet easy to use so our team was able to get comfortable with it quickly. I'd absolutely recommend Digit to others.

Cons

The software performs really well overall but I'd still like to see broader integration options with some of the other business tools we rely on every day.

Pros

One thing that really stands out is how attentive the team has been. As a small business, we genuinely value the amount of dedicated support and care we've received from their team.

Cons

Since the platform is still evolving, there are naturally a few growing pains and limitations along the way. At times, it doesn't fully accomplish everything you want it to but it feels like it's moving in the right direction and will improve over time.

“responsive ERP upgrade”

Pros

After nearly a year with it, switching away from our patched together spreadsheets to a more modern, responsive and communicative ERP has made a bigger difference in productivity than we ever expected. The team has been very responsive and incredibly supportive throughout onboarding and the longer setting up stage. Honestly, I only have positive things to say about both the platform and the people behind it.

Cons

Its updated frequently which is ultimately a good thing but there are times when I have to review the changes so we can adjust our current processes. That said, this is more of a limitation in how we handle our operations internally than it is a downside of the platform itself.

“A great platform”

Pros

From procurement planning to day to day use on the production floor, the system works really well. It's easy for production operators to use and gives us strong visibility across the supply chain which helps keep everything running efficiently.

Cons

Setting up BOMs and items does require entering a fair amount of raw data. It's definitely a lot of manual work and at the moment there really isnt much of a workaround for that.

“easy to use ERP with useful features”

Pros

Over the past year, the program has played a big part in setting up and managing our workshop inventory and purchasing. The team has been consistently supportive and communicative, replying quickly whenever we've had requests and following up to make sure everything was working as it should. Between the platform itself and the excellent people behind it, our whole process feels far more organized now. The system is easy to use and full of smart features that you rarely come across in other ERP solutions.

Cons

The platform is very comprehensive and clearly well designed though the integration with manufacturing systems and the ability to tailor it to specific workflows still seem to be in the earlier stages. That said, it feels like this is something that will likely improve in the near future.

“Very fast set up process”

Pros

Getting started with Digit was really easy and the part I appreciate most is how quick, affordable and simple the installation process is.

Cons

It still feels a bit early-stage and some features are currently under development. That said, the team is highly engaged, actively building and very responsive to user feedback.

“powerful manufacturing and WMS”

Pros

Even though it is a newer product in the market, it has been very user friendly for us. It handles both manufacturing and distribution management really well, supports customer- and supplier-specific rules, includes barcode and scanning WMS features and the customer support has been excellent.

Cons

Digit was still fairly new when we came on board, there were a few bugs that needed to be ironed out. Aside from that, there really haven't been any major drawbacks.

“Workflow transformed completely”

Pros

Its completely changed the way I handle my daily workflow. Before using it, I was bouncing between spreadsheets, document folders and several other programs just to get through routine tasks. Once we started using it, the team took the time to understand how we worked each day and where the bottlenecks were. They built the system around exactly what we needed and a process that used to take 3 to 4 hours every day now takes about 10 minutes. Having everything in one program has saved us a huge amount of time and cut down on paperwork significantly.

Cons

Since it was a brand new custom built program, there were a few minor hiccups at the start but nothing serious enough to interrupt our work. Their team stayed involved the entire time, worked through the issues with us and kept adjusting the system until it became the most productive version for our needs.

“The best support team”

Pros

The software has made a huge difference in our production process and I can't recommend it highly enough. Since we put their solution in place, our workflows have become much more efficient and team collaboration has noticeably improved. The interface feels user friendly and their customer support has been exceptional whenever we've needed help. It's genuinely become an important part of our success. If you want to improve and optimize your production stages, this is absolutely worth considering.

Honestly, my only complaint is that this wasn't developed and available sooner.

“easy to use”

Pros

After spinning our wheels on this project for more than a year, Digit stepped in, threw out what wasn't working and rebuilt the software in just a couple of months. We had originally given them a six-month timeline and they finished well ahead of it. Since launch, the system has given us visibility into metrics we didn't even know we were missing and it has eliminated around 10,000 pieces of paper a year. The dashboard has been especially valuable because it provides real-time updates. One of the biggest advantages was how well Digit handled rolling out the program with our warehouse team. We've had language-barrier issues with new technology before but they made the process so uncomplicated that it wasn't a problem at all. The team learned the software within hours and was already using it the next day.

Cons

It exceeded our expectations across the board so we really don't have any complaints. Even after launch, they stayed available whenever any issue came up. Their customer service has been outstanding.

“useful updates that deliver”

Pros

Right away, Digit Software made a big difference for our team. Getting new users up to speed takes very little effort and the interface feels simple enough that people can move around confidently and find what they need without wasting time. One feature that has really stood out is the push email notifications which keep both our staff and customers updated in real time on production and fulfillment progress. That has made communication much better and helped us work more efficiently. All in all, Digit Software has simplified our workflows and become a really valuable part of our day to day operations.

Cons

Considering that Digit is still a newer platform, it already feels very promising. The team keeps releasing new features and updates seem to come almost every week. It's been exciting to watch the product develop so quickly. Even at this early stage, it's already a very useful tool and it really feels like it will continue improving over time. The support team's commitment to making the platform better is obvious and Im genuinely excited to be using it this early on.

Pros

Digit is basically a perfect fit for us. It blends in really well into the way we work, and now it feels like a natural part of our processes.

Cons

I do wish it came with a mobile app and included a few more financial reporting options.
