“Simple but has room to grow

Pros

Digit is really simple to use and what stands out to me the most is how easy, quick and affordable the implementation process is.

Cons

It is still in the early stages and some features are still under development. However the team is very involved and open to user feedback continuously working to improve the platform.

“Outstanding tool

Pros

Even though it is relatively new in the market Digit is impressive with its ease of use, manufacturing and distribution management features, customized rules for customers and suppliers, barcode and scanning capabilities in WMS and top-notch customer service.

Cons

When we first started using it was still new so there were a few bugs to address. Other than that we have not encountered any major issues.

“Reporting with it is so simple

Pros

Digit came in and completely revamped a software build and implementation that we had been struggling with for over a year. Also the team discarded our previous progress and rebuilt the system in just a couple of months. We had originally given them a six month timeline and they beat that by far. Plus the software has provided us visibility into metrics we never knew about and eliminated 10,000 paper forms annually. The dashboard feature is a game changer too offering us real-time updates. One of the most significant benefits was how easily the software was implemented with our warehouse team. Despite past language barriers when introducing new tech, it made the transition so smooth that language was no longer an issue. The team was up and running with the software the very next day.

Cons

It exceeded our expectations. So we have absolutely no complaints. Even after the software was launched the team was always available to resolve any issues. Their customer service is excellentt too.

“A game changer you didnt know you were missing

Pros

It completely transformed the way I work. I used to juggle multiple spreadsheets, folders and different programs throughout the day. When we started using it, we discussed our daily challenges and what was slowing us down. They tailored the solution exactly to our needs reducing a process that typically took 3 to 4 hours a day to just 10 minutes. With everything centralized in one platform it saved us so much time and paperwork.

Cons

Being a new custom fit program we did face some challenges in the beginning but nothing that held us back. The team worked closely with us through the entire process helping us fine tune the system to make it as efficient as possible for our needs.

Well I cannot recommend Digit Software enough, it has completely revolutionized our production process making it way more efficient. From simplifying workflows to boosting teamwork every aspect has gotten better since we started using their software. Plus the interface is user-friendly and their customer support is exceptional too. Overall it has truly become a key partner in our success. So if you are aiming to improve your production processes this is the solution you need.

Cons

I just wish they had developed this sooner.

The push email notifications are a standout feature too keeping both our team and customers informed with real-time updates on production and fulfillment stages. Overall this has greatly improved communication and efficiency. Plus it has streamlined our operations and has become an invaluable asset to our business.

Cons

Even though it is a new platform it has already impressed us. The team is constantly rolling out new features with updates coming almost every week. Also it is exciting to watch the product grow so quickly. Despite being in its early stages it's already a powerful tool and I am confident it will only improve over time. Plus the teams commitment to enhancing the platform is obvious and I am excited to be a part of it from the beginning.

I really like how naturally this platform fits into our existing processes.

Cons

Well I just wish there was a mobile app and some additional financial reporting features.
