“great for accountability”

Pros

Being able to visually track our teams every day, connect them to their performance and use that visibility to drive improvement has been extremely valuable. It also helps reinforce accountability at every level, from frontline colleagues all the way up to senior leaders. The roll-up feature has been especially helpful in creating the right sense of urgency and discipline across our shared services organization.

Cons

At the moment, the biggest downside is that some metrics still require manual work and there isn't a detailed setting to automatically notify users when their process is underperforming.

Pros

Keeping an eye on production lines in the live area is much more manageable with Dploy Solutions. It's a very useful tool for improving and optimizing production lines. Another thing I really appreciate is how fast the support team communicates. They always reply very quickly whenever needed.

Cons

Some parts of the data collection process still depend too much on operators entering information manually. I also feel that some features can be a bit limited at times even though they still work properly and do what they're meant to do.

It makes it much easier to visualize our objectives through its visual data tools. It keeps the team organized and our weekly meetings are now focused on reviewing progress instead of spending time figuring out the objectives themselves which has saved us a lot of time.

Cons

I don't have any complaints. I really appreciate the installation process by the team because it made the strategy planning stage much faster and simpler to put together. There are also so many feature options and that has really helped speed up our overall progress.

Honestly it keeps every department aligned on the company's goals and helps everyone track KPIs based on the strategic plan. The program was rolled out quickly and the tools are easy to use.

Cons

There are times when we update KPI performance, the software doesn't load properly or save the new changes.

Its has been a very useful platform for tracking strategy planning and KPI performance. We just need to stay on top of the plan, then make adjustments and improvements throughout the process as needed.

One thing I really dislike is the dashboard design because it shows too much visual data at once. It gets confusing and makes it hard to stay focused on a single task.

Pros

Having this as our central system and database has been really valuable. It brings together all our data, strategy planning and performance management in one place during installation. The support from the customer success manager has also been a huge plus especially in guiding us through each update.

Cons

They could improve the integration process with external cloud storage platforms because connecting them is kind of complicated right now. At the moment we still have to extract the data manually.

Using DPLOY has made a huge difference in keeping our work aligned with the company's objectives and tracking KPIs and performance clearly. The set up was pretty simple and the integration between external data sources and factory device data works really well, bringing everything together into one unified data center.

Cons

There is nothing I dislike at this point. It offers plenty of features and the benefits have far outweighed any weaknesses. Up to now, we've been very satisfied with the service.

It makes keeping track of missed KPI targets is very simple and helps clearly show what needs to be corrected with a new action plan. It keeps everyone aligned on annual goals and focused on completing the most critical metrics. I also really appreciate how it brings all the data together into a clear visual dashboard presentation.

Cons

Honestly, I do not have any complaints. We have been using it every day for the past two years and we have genuinely enjoyed the benefits achieved since it was deployed.

The data integration process was quite uncomplicated and the platform does an excellent job of bringing all our strategic data together within X-Matrics. It offers a lot of features for planning although it does take skill and knowledge to manage them effectively.

Cons

Dont have anything negative to say about it. It helps keep everything aligned and makes sure we stay on track with our KPIs.

Pros

Putting together strategic plans feels much more manageable with the tools and features it provides. The platform is easy to use for building and creating plans with the X-matrics and the 5 step strategy process works really well.

Cons

At times having so much data in one platform makes working with it a bit confusing and it can take extra effort to find the right information.
