Cons

Between the transparency, efficiency, cost savings, automated notifications, traceability, accountability and everything else it offers, this software delivers a lot of value.
Cons
The biggest downside is that more Quality Managers and audit professionals still don't know what this software is capable of and how much time and money it can save them.
