“Paperless production with fast ROI”

Pros

Switching to this cloud based system was easy and it didn't add extra strain to our IT team at all. The installation moved efficiently and the customer support throughout the process was outstanding. It fit right into our existing business workflows without disruption. From the operator side, usability was a must have for us and EZ MES absolutely delivered. We went from a paper based setup to a paperless process in just a matter of hours. The software is highly flexible and adapts well to the needs of different production environments. Its specification cross checks add built in mistake proofing which started saving money quickly and gave us a very fast return on investment.

Cons

It would be nice to see stronger reporting capabilities added in future releases.

“Flexible sandbox for growth”

Pros

This gave us a strong sandbox environment with built in modules that can be adjusted and arranged around our business needs. As a growing technology manufacturing company, we were still fine tuning our process flows and needed the strength of a data repository to show us where improvements were needed, while also having a system flexible enough to keep up with the changes and development on our roadmap. This platform matched those needs really well.

Cons

Because the system is so flexible and we were setting it up to build our own process flows, we occasionally ran into issues during the initial setup that caused it to behave differently than expected. They were minor problems though and each one was resolved through support help sessions.

“quick setup”

Pros

From the start it let us work with the resources we already had, without bringing in specialists or adding extra staff just to manage our WIP data. It gave us the flexibility and features we needed for a fast setup and installation and the EZ MES reporting provides useful detail for identifying trends. The interface is accessible, customizable and easy to understand without much you needing much of a learning period. The setup process and support from EazyWorks made installation quick and simple and even more importantly helped us understand solid configuration practices for future MES needs as well.
