Getting Edinn M2 up and running was very easy and the interface is very user friendly. It gives access to reference libraries and delivers real time calculations that are accurate and dependable. It's also useful across different areas, including production, maintenance, logistics, quality and warehouse operations.

Pros

Real time visibility into production line performance is the part we value most. On top of that the system keeps improving continuously which makes the interface more user friendly for both daily operations and reporting.

Cons

Reports can be accessed from a mobile phone and having a dedicated iOS app would be a welcome upgrade.

A big benefit has been the amount of staff time we've saved since the system automates a lot of the work. It also supports decision making, helping us make faster and better choices. On top of that operators have found it simple to use.

Cons

Like with any software rollout, getting operators fully onboard took some time and those issues were addressed properly.
