Pros
One thing that really works well with Eyelit MES is how easily it connects with different services like email, FTP and RMI. The automated decision-making and compliance features are the parts I appreciate the most.
Cons
There are still a few bugs here and there that can make things a bit difficult at times but the support team does a good job of helping resolve them quickly.

“detailed wafer tracking, dated interface”
Pros
It gives you a lot of visibility into the wafer tracking process, all the way down to very fine details across many different areas.
Cons
The interface feels outdated and there are some annoying refresh issues where old data can still appear current which gets frustrating.
