Pros
The interface is clean and user friendly so even beginners can get comfortable with it quickly. It has also been very helpful for making decisions based on data instead of guesswork.
Cons
Customer support could definitely be improved since their response can be slow at times. The onboarding guides for new users also need better documentation.

“Helpful insights for daily operations”
Pros
Setting it up is really easy and fitting it into an organization doesn't take much effort either. It does a really impressive job of collecting information and data in a way that helps with decision-making. It seems especially well suited for day-to-day use in small factories and possibly for some medium-sized ones as well. Magic IT also provides training and having 24/7 support available is definitely a plus.
Cons
Even though support is offered 24/7 the response can be slow and that part could definitely be improved. It also needs some upgrades so small and medium factories can continue using it comfortably as their operations grow.
