“Very versatile CAM”
Pros
Creating internal tooling doesn't take much effort and the support team has been very helpful whenever needed.
Cons
The toolpath workflow feels a little awkward at times and setting up more than one path takes quite a few steps.

“fast and user friendly”
Pros
Right from the start, FeatureCAM feels very user friendly which is pretty much what I expect from Autodesk products. It offers a lot of different bench options which is really nice to have and the program itself runs quickly and stays solid while working.
Cons
Only thing I'd change is the animations since they could be a bit smoother.

“Helpful CNC simulation flow”
Pros
Once the 3D model is created you can run the machining steps continuously and watch how the CNC cuts the stock into the final part. That makes it much easier to spot and remove bottlenecks in the process.
Cons
A downside is that SolidWorks drawings can't be imported directly into FeatureCAM. The design itself won't come in although you can still import the model.
