“reliable METRC integration”

Pros

Flourish has completely changed the way we run our operations. It keeps everything organized and helps simplify our workflows with smooth METRC integration. The system is dependable, easy to use and the support team has been fantastic. They respond quickly and resolve issues just as fast. We'd absolutely recommend Flourish to anyone wanting a reliable solution to manage their business more efficiently.

Cons

Even though its has been an excellent tool overall, we do run into occasional challenges based on the state we operate in, like issues with producing certain products. There are also rare syncing problems and they usually don't create major disruptions in our workflow. In the bigger picture, these small inconveniences are far outweighed by the value the platform brings.

The bulk upload and edit feature through CSV was a huge help and the manufacturing modules performed well.

Cons

The biggest problem was the lack of meaningful business reporting especially for true COGS and linking actual production costs to harvests and specific time periods.

Getting help with troubleshooting and having questions answered is very accessible. The team really stands behind you and will walk you through just about any situation you run into.

Cons

There's a lot to learn so it's not really something I dislike, it just takes time to get familiar with everything.

It comes with a wide range of tools that help manage many parts of our workflow and make several processes more efficient.

Cons

A few parts of the user experience could definitely be improved. For instance, exporting inventory lists takes too many steps through different menus even when the inventory is already open, when it really should just be a simple export button.

Right from the start the platform feels clean and well organized so moving around it is very easy. It gives you a lot of flexibility and plenty of options, whether you're just getting started or already a more advanced user. The higher level features are powerful without feeling complicated and the customization settings make it easier to fit the software into your own workflow. We also really appreciate the Help Center because it's clear, detailed and genuinely useful and the support team has been fast and helpful whenever assistance was needed. Overall, it's a dependable, well rounded solution with strong features and excellent support.

Cons

One thing I'd suggest is beginning with a basic setup or onboarding session before jumping too far in. If that initial preparation gets skipped, you may run into a few unexpected hurdles. Spending a little time getting everything configured the right way upfront really pays off. Aside from that, there haven't been any major problems once everything is set up and running, the experience has been very positive.

Producing manifests involves too much switching back and forth between screens.

Getting it up and running wasn't complicated at all and the customer support has been excellent throughout.

At this point I don't have any dislikes about using the software.

Pros

When change is constant, agility becomes essential for any software to stay successful. Flourish does a really good job of adjusting to new state requirements, evolving digital expectations and the realities of human behavior to meet those needs.

Cons

It would be even better if the inventory included more strain specific information, like the terpene profile with percentages and the top three terpenes listed for each product.

The inventory control works really well and being able to lock packages is a big plus.

I just wish there were more flexibility around the specific needs of our operation.

Pros

Something that really sets Flourish apart is the unbelievable support team. Flourish Support gets back to us within minutes and communicates exceptionally well. It's the level of help you'd normally expect from a top tier ERP platform. They've also worked with us to build some fantastic tools that give us the insights we need to make well informed decisions across every department.

Cons

Wish a few features offered more customization especially the analytics dashboard and the invoice templates.
