Pros
Connecting IoT devices to the platform is really simple because the setup is broken into easy to follow steps. The support team is also very involved and walks you through the process step by step until the devices are fully live. The analytics included are solid for getting started and give you something you can continue to build on over time. It's also useful that the system can be deployed both on the cloud and on premise, with room for customization. Overall it feels like a stable platform for global operations, with strong scalability and a clear product roadmap.
Cons
The system can be used on mobile through a web browser but a dedicated mobile app would make it much more practical.

Pros
Getting started with it was an easy process and the features it offers were among the things I appreciated most. Since I'm still using the free version while exploring different options, I couldn't access every feature but from the descriptions and details provided, they seemed genuinely useful.
Cons
I haven't really noticed any major downsides yet mainly because I wasn't able to try out all the features included beyond the free plan.
