“great visibility boost”
Pros
Having live visibility into our process data has been a gamechanger for us. Before this someone had to spend hours manually putting reports together and sharing them so it's saved a lot of time. The interface is also really easy to use which makes building custom displays and running reports or charts pretty simple.
Cons
A few of our applications generate a very large amount of data and that can make report processing a bit slow at times. We've had to be thoughtful and creative with filters to keep things running efficiently.

The operator facing interface is quick, accessible and simple to work with.
Cons
Building formulas and matching features with FS Works from other test equipment for a smooth download process feels too complicated.

“Remote access that keeps me connected”
Pros
Being able to log in remotely is a big plus since I can check the information I need no matter where I happen to be.
Cons
The setup does require you to really know the steps and keep the process fresh in your mind. Even with that, it's still quite simple to learn overall.
