It's simple to tailor the workstation to fit specific needs and the support team has been really helpful whenever needed.
Cons
The difficult part came when we discovered one of the control limits was wrong because rechecking and validating all the control limits after that was quite a painful process.

Using FSWorks has been a great experience and working with it feels simple and logical.
Cons
Sometimes the number of screens can make things a little confusing when a problem comes up but the customer support is excellent. Any time there's an issue, they resolve it very quickly.
