“great form builder feature”

Pros

One of the biggest advantages is the form builder. It's an essential part of the system and really adds value. A few capabilities still feel missing though, like the option to build custom tables or use barcode/QR code scanners to capture information directly.

Cons

Getting started would be much better with a proper user manual. Right now even simple questions often require setting up meetings or sending emails, when clear documentation could answer most of them right away.

Only the tablet feature is useful because employees can use it to handle documentation.

This software has a lot of issues. I've brought them up several times during calls and in emails to customer service.

Filling out the forms is really easy and it's convenient that information can be edited whenever changes are needed.

One thing that could be better is the phone app having more options. I have a 24 hour window to complete forms and if I miss doing them that same day, I'm able to backdate them elsewhere but that option isn't available in this software.

Getting this set up was an easy process and training the team didn't take much effort. I like how you can use it from any device like an iPad or phone.

Cons

While you can use it on any device it can be a bit glitchy or buggy at times and that can make it harder to use effectively in real time situations.

It's reassuring to use software that makes sure the right steps are actually being followed which helps us stay compliant.

Cons

There was a bit of a learning curve at first but after spending some time practicing with it, using the software became much easier.

Comes with all the features we need and that's been the biggest advantage for us.

If I had to nitpick, I think it could be even better if it had more customization options.

It does a solid job of keeping all our forms organized and it makes it clear what needs to be completed each day. The support team has also been very helpful whenever we've needed assistance.

One thing I'd still like to see is the ability to search reports by user.

Since we've started using this software everything is now kept in a well organized place and it's simple to pull up the records whenever I need to look back at them later.

Honestly, I can't think of anything about it that I don't like.

With this everything gets compiled into one digital location which makes keeping track of our forms much more convenient.

Cons

Forms need separate titles to track how often they're being used. Because of that, we end up creating many more forms instead of being able to sort or trace them by equipment name or other dropdown details that don't appear in the form title.

Something I really appreciate about this software is how customizable its features are.

Cons

I do wish the customizability extended to the interface and the app version looked more like the web version.

Using the app has been a really positive experience. All the forms created on the platform are simple to use and easy to understand.

Cons

Don't have any complaints. The training was clear and easy to follow and the customer support team was always available whenever there were issues or questions.
