HMI has played a key role in solving problems effectively across many different industries. Its installation was quick and adjusting to using it daily didn't take long either. It consistently provides reliable, timely solutions for issues that would normally take several work hours to address.
Cons
I honestly haven't noticed any major downside though the company should put more effort into strengthening its brand image at the organizational level.
