“Helpful QMS alerts”
Pros
Honeywell MES has been very user friendly and simple to work with. It provides QMS records in multiple formats, including Excel, PDF and spreadsheets which makes handling documentation much more convenient. It also sends notifications when due dates are approaching which is really useful for staying on top of tasks.
Cons
A limitation is that it does not provide year-wise QMS data properly after downloading and sorting it from the Excel sheet.

“very frustrating UI”
Pros
It gets the job done as a quality management system for handling and organizing quality records like deviations, audits and corrective and preventive actions. One helpful feature is the way it creates family trees, letting you manage an audit or deviation along with its related corrective and preventive actions all in one place.
Cons
The user experience isn't always smooth. Moving a record, such as an audit or deviation, to the next stage often requires detailed step by step instructions and if a mistake happens, an admin has to step in to reopen the record or send it back to a previous status. That process can lead to delays and make the experience frustrating for users.

“flexible features”
Pros
Using this so far has been going great. It comes with a wide range of features. One of the biggest advantages is how flexible it is especially when customizing metadata fields and process workflows to match different requirements.
Cons
Support from the customer service team hasn't been very good and there also seems to be a clear lack of an online user community or customer events where people can connect and exchange their experiences with the software.

“good for investigating issue”
Pros
We use this system every day to track trends and investigate issues. It's also a key tool for documenting any deviations in our processes.
Cons
One frustrating part is when the session times out before I save and I end up losing all the work I already completed.

“Strong compliance”
Pros
It offers useful capabilities such as regulatory reporting and compliance support and it's fairly easy to adopt into our day to day work. The reporting and analytics features are also strong and add a lot of value.
Cons
Honeywell MES can be pretty costly for small businesses and its broad set of services can make the system feel complex. Because of that, users often need solid training and ongoing support which can be difficult for smaller teams or companies to manage.

“reliable QMS”
Pros
Working in the CRO side of the pharmaceutical industry, we have to stay aligned with GMP guidelines throughout manufacturing. This supports that well by helping us manage the full QMS process, including deviations, change controls, CAPA, audit management, OOS, OOT and related activities.
Cons
Overall it has been working well for us and fits our industry needs very nicely. The only issue comes up when many users are on the system at the same time because it tends to slow down due to server performance. Aside from that, everything else has been fine and it is a very useful tool for our work.

TQMs, QMS and the quality assurance functions are useful and support the work well.
Cons
A concern I have is that personal information and qualification details are visible which feels inappropriate from a privacy standpoint.

“dependable QMS for pharma”
Pros
Using this software has been a very positive experience. The system is user friendly in daily operations and helps a lot with managing all QMS activities online. I would definitely recommend using it.
Cons
I haven't come across anything to dislike in terms of how the software operates. It's a very good fit for use in the pharmaceutical sector.

“convenient incident and change tracking”
Pros
Getting an incident, deviation or change control started takes very few steps and being able to track everything in one place with a single click is really convenient.
Cons
At times, it hangs quite a bit which slows the whole process down and makes refreshing or getting back to work take longer than it should.
