Pros
The linking of defects to test runs is excellent. Any changes in mandatory fields or defect status trigger automatic email notifications to the assigned user. ALM also serves as an exceptional auditing tool.
Cons
It's an amazing tool, but there is one small issue, the initialization process takes a long time, and there's a noticeable delay when an incorrect password is entered during the sign-in process.
