“missing some key tools”
Pros
Its production module is quite comprehensive and user friendly which makes day to day operations easier to manage. On top of that the software itself is stable and reliable in regular use.
Cons
The finance module still doesn't match the level of software like Tally. It also lacks a production planning and control module, a cost analysis module and a fully developed HR module. Customization takes a lot of time and can become expensive. Another challenge is that just when one version starts feeling stable, a new version gets released. Data archiving or warehousing is also not possible.

Pros
Modular setup of the application works really well and it covers the full business cycle on a single platform, including CRM, DMS and SCM.
Cons
Its HR module could use a few more needed options and the product would be even better if the entire application were fully web-based.

“quick reporting”
Pros
Using IcSoft MES has been very comfortable because the system is user friendly and simple to work with. Each module requires only minimal training which helps new users get started quickly. Pulling reports is easy and extracting purchase orders is just as convenient making daily tasks much more efficient.
Cons
One thing I've noticed in the Purchase module is that there's no reminder when the freight charge variable hasn't been selected.

The software has been an all in one solution for us which makes it useful when you need depth and a full range of solid features.
Cons
The biggest downside is the price since it is extremely costly and the software also looks very unattractive.
