“Good product for our company & very good and reliable ERP,
Pros
I use various functions such as stock transfer through distribution orders, sales made via customer orders, shipment receiving through purchase orders, stock allocation and purchase order printing through PPS600.
Cons
When the system out of nowhere shuts down during my creation of customer orders, it locks the order and occasionally causes discrepancies in the total amount as well.

“Lot of flexibility and usefull functionalities
Pros
I really like the flexibility, ease of use and the multitude of readily available functionalities. With other products, I would have had to implement custom solutions.
Cons
I have noticed two main points: Firstly, the enterprise structure has some limitations and does not handle structured sales organizations. It lacks the concept of managing the same customer in different sales organizations within the company, each with their own price lists, discounts, and payment terms. Secondly, all accounting is tied to the order. For instance, when I post a good receipt, I must have the cost center specified in the purchase order and cannot change it during the receipt. The same applies to sales, where all accounting is inherited from the order. While there are workarounds, these limitations still exist.

“Niche Rental Application
Pros
This software offers an extensive range of features beyond what we currently use which allows for future growth.
Cons
As an unconventional rental operation, initially, the software lacked certain functionalities we needed. Therefore, our third-party implementer made modifications to the base code. Consequently, when Infor introduced similar features, we could not transition to them. Additionally, there are some feature fixes that cannot be retrofitted into our current release.

“Infor M3 - fully ERP
Pros
Since it is a cloud-based system, I always have access to the latest version without the need for installations. It operates through a web interface and offers flexible views, as well as the option to integrate external software products for specific purposes.
Cons
The realization of enhancement requests takes too much time.

“Quality ERP
Pros
The product is highly configurable and Infors support has been excellent. Infor continues to make significant investments in the product which is yielding positive results.
Cons
Ironically, the software is highly configurable, which leads to complexity during the initial setup to align with our business processes. However, once established and implemented, the product is stable and performs well. The user interface may not be top-tier, but I am hopeful for improvements when we transition to Infor OS and homepages.

“Incredibly powerful and sophisticated
Pros
We are currently using the on-premise version 13.4 of M3. M3 can be configured to accommodate almost any business process. Its ability to handle multiple lines of business with different processes is remarkable. While it may not be intuitive initially, it becomes easy to use once properly set up. Implementing the product requires careful planning and execution, and Infor and their business partners provide invaluable assistance throughout the process.
Cons
Due to its high level of customization, the software can be incredibly complex. This complexity can cause issues if the person configuring it lacks a thorough understanding of all the processes and how they interconnect. Transitioning from an in-house product to packaged software always presents challenges, but Infor was helpful throughout the process.

“Infor M3
Pros
In my experience, this is the best ERP system I have used thus far. Everything is organized and simple. Once you learn it, it becomes the easiest system to work with. The user interface is user-friendly and there are limited options to change the appearance.
Cons
There is not anything I dislike about this software. I am currently enjoying using this application.

“Superb ERP for Industrial Manufacturing
Pros
It is an easy-to-use software that requires minimal customization. The support, both from consultants and the web portal is excellent. There is ample documentation available with detailed information on the setup.
Cons
If there is a need for customization, it is not easy to work with and the development process can be quite expensive. Infor should work on improving this aspect to make the ERP even better.

“A lot of possibilities
Pros
M3 allows for comprehensive activity tracking, and with the cloud solution, it is easily accessible from multiple locations worldwide. The system operates efficiently, enabling fast operations.
Cons
I encountered some communication difficulties with servers in Sweden while operating in China, which may be a challenge for anyone outside of China. The software offers many modules, but it is not always simple to achieve precise configurations such as in the Quality module.

Pros
Initially, I found it challenging to use but with time and practice, it surprisingly became easy to navigate. This ERP system is comprehensive and highly customizable. We rely on it in almost every department. The client support is excellent and INFOR organizes a variety of events and trainings.
Cons
Apart from the initial time it takes to figure it out, I have no negative points to mention.

“Pros and Cons
Pros
M3 is a highly configurable system that can adapt to almost any situation. It seems that for every process I can think of, Infor has already considered it and provided a way to make it happen within the system.
Cons
The system overwhelms me with its numerous options and programs, making it difficult to know everything I can do and how to navigate through it.

“One of the best ERP system for industry companies
Pros
M3 covers a wide range of industrialization processes and offers various configuration options for each one. It covers almost all departments except HR, giving us complete control over the entire lifecycle, particularly in supply chain management. In this sector, Infor M3 stands out as the most capable ERP system for addressing the unique processes of different industries. Its flexibility does not require changes to the source code, making system updates easy.
Cons
Unfortunately, there is still a lack of consultants who are proficient in all ERP modules. However, over the past 5 years, INFOR has made significant improvements and it remains a great choice.

“Excellent Software Solution For Product Driven Businesses
Pros
Infor M3 is a versatile ERP software suite that excellently manages multiple essential areas of company performance. There are many aspects to admire about Infor M3. The Financial Management application provides enhanced visibility into the General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable (including invoice aging), Expense Management Control (including Travel Expense Reporting) and compliance with T&E policies. It also assists in tracking Asset Depreciation expenses. The Human Capital portal offers comprehensive Human Resource functions, including Payroll and Employee Benefits and is valuable for HR recruiting. However, the standout feature is the Supply Chain function especially for product-driven companies that require thorough tracking of products by SKU from sourcing to customer sale. The Supply Chain portal also facilitates supplier procurement and measures vendor performance.
Cons
Implementing and learning all the functions and screens of Infor M3 at the beginning can be a bit daunting and cumbersome.

“Proven, mature ERP is getting modern UI at last
Pros
M3 is a stable, robust, and proven ERP system that suits a wide range of industries. It handles international business requirements and offers flexibility to support both front office and back office operations. In recent years, it has been enhanced with a modern UI toolset that allows for workflow design and management. The browser-based homepages and widgets present users with relevant information, focusing on exceptional situations rather than repetitive tasks.
Cons
The functional programs basic user interface follows the old AS400/RPG style, with a series of panels and a process of moving from panel to panel and program to program, which may seem counter-intuitive to users. Output management, particularly for forms like customer invoices or packing lists, has long been a weak point, but efforts are being made to address this with the development of new tools. While APIs are available for many programs, allowing for the creation of custom user interfaces using Infor OS Homepages and Widgets, there are still significant gaps where APIs have not been published.

Pros
This ERP software has extensive capabilities. It enables the creation of multiple environments for production, acceptance, testing, etc. Users can be assigned specific access rights to open particular applications, and there are options for importing bulk information.
