Pros
Right from the start, the site has a modern feel to it and its easy to use. Having the data centre hosted in the cloud adds an extra layer of security and the connectivity tools seem especially useful for converting and working with data more effectively.
Cons
There really isn't much to complain about with this product. It handles what it's supposed to do and can help improve factory operations. The only thing I'd add is more built in user help guides on the site since that would make some of the menus easier to understand and navigate.
