Pros
Right away it stands out with a clean, well structured interface that makes it very easy to use. The system can be adapted to match specific internal workflows which is a big plus. Even less experienced employees can be led step by step through complicated processes, including the required documentation and a digital product file is generated for every item so traceability is fully maintained. On top of that working with the team has been a very positive experience because you are dealing with genuine experts who communicate on equal terms. The pricing is also very fair and technically the product delivers exactly what it promises.
Cons
One point that can be seen as a downside but also as a benefit, is the high level of flexibility DMI offers for customization. Because of that, you really need to think through and plan the basic structure carefully in advance before setting up the necessary logs, such as by product group. If that groundwork is done properly though, easy operator guidance can be achieved with relatively little effort.

“Powerful work instruction platform”
Pros
It has a lot of ways to create work instructions with this system and it stays very user friendly while doing it. The support has been excellent and the close collaboration with Noris-IB has been a real plus as well.
Cons
The search and filter functions still have some room for improvement.

“versatile functions and strong support”
Pros
There's a broad range of features available, from measurement texts and product or measuring-equipment functions to different evaluation options which makes the software very capable. The interface connectivity is another strong point. On top of that working with the development team has been consistently positive. They're constructive, practical and focused on finding solutions especially when it comes to configuring interfaces and expanding the feature set.
Cons
Programming control files and text modules isn't always very user friendly. The documentation could also go into more detail since that would answer a lot of questions ahead of time. That said, we're already collaborating closely to improve both of these areas. :)
