“strong quality compliance toolkit”
Pros
From handling non conformities to tracking incidents, this software covers a lot of ground for quality management. It supports reporting, analyzing and resolving issues tied to products, services and processes and it also helps manage safety, workplace and environmental incidents in real time. Audit functions are well built out too making it possible to schedule, run and follow up on both internal and external audits for compliance purposes. On top of that it includes risk management for identifying and evaluating business and operational risks solid document control for procedures, manuals and policies and tools for managing employee training, certifications and professional development.
Cons
Pricing can be a real obstacle especially for small and mid sized companies that may struggle to justify the cost. Because the platform includes so many features and customization choices, getting comfortable with it takes time and new users may need extra training before they can use it effectively. It's also heavily dependent on the underlying technology so things like server outages, operating system updates or other technical problems can disrupt the experience.

“dependable incident control”
Pros
The biggest value for me in this Quality Management Software comes from the Incident Management and Document Management features. Incident Management helps keep communication with customers timely and organized. It also makes identifying root causes and contributing causes really quick and easy, while capturing improvement recommendations to help prevent the same issues from happening again. Those recommendations can be tracked properly which makes it simple to follow up on any outstanding actions. Document Management is also thoughtfully built and supports the full document lifecycle, including creation, review, approval and obsolescence.
Cons
This tool has performed really well for me. It's user friendly, not overly technical and fits closely with ISO9001 requirements for an effective quality management system. I honestly haven't run into any downsides at this point.

“versatile quality management toolkit”
Pros
It's an effective, user friendly platform that brings several services together in one place, including Incident Management, Document Management, Quality Control, Change Management and Training Management.
Cons
I haven't really seen any major issues with it as a quality management tool. The bigger challenge is that the company should communicate more about the platform so people actually use it and understand how to work around its limitations.

“well organized workflows but missing risk analysis”
Pros
The solution feels accessible and was fairly simple to get up and running. I especially appreciated using the workflows and the non-conformance tracking system.
Cons
A few capabilities are still missing especially things like predictive recommendations and a proper risk analysis tool.

“A great option”
Pros
Root Cause and Corrective Action feature that work alongside Quality Management make this a solid tool for pushing toward quality excellence.
Cons
Like the other applications, it takes too many clicks to move from one phase to the next which makes the user experience feel more frustrating than it should.

“highly customizable”
Pros
One thing I appreciate most is how flexible it is when different users need to handle multiple tasks. As a supervisor, you can be responsible for completing an audit, responding to a complaint and checking approvals in the document section all within the same system. Meanwhile, regular users only need to focus on the simpler duties assigned to them by their supervisor which keeps things organized and practical.
Cons
It would be better if there were graphics or visual dashboards to show progress on quality complaints, attendance and overdue events.

“flexible setup proces”
Pros
The platform stands out for how customizable it is. It makes tracking and logging quality data easy and pulling reports is just as simple. The built in apps are also really solid and add a lot of value.
Cons
One issue I've run into is that past updates have occasionally broken parts of the applications. Also, notifications don't always come through for every task which can cause things to be missed.

“user friendly platform”
Pros
Setting up the system to match our needs is easy and the interface is clean and pleasant to work with. Since we use the hosted version, there's also less dependence on IT support which removes a lot of hassle.
Cons
Emailed reports have file size restrictions. Performance can also slow down on WiFi especially when loading or downloading more complex pages.

“cloud access keeps work moving”
Pros
Because the platform can be accessed from anywhere and we use the cloud for data storage, there's really no excuse for letting tasks go untouched or updates fall behind.
Cons
There is usually a long customer service queue. Not being able to clearly see where I stand in line for a response makes it tough when my team is waiting on answers.

“versatile platform”
Pros
One of the biggest strengths is how versatile the platform is and how much you can tailor it to match your needs. However we want our employees to interact with it, we're able to set it up that way. It doesn't feel rigid or built in a way that limits how we use it.
Cons
At times, the system can feel a bit overly complex. Getting everything configured also takes a fair amount of time and having more detailed templates available would make the setup process much more helpful.

“user friendly admin tools”
Pros
Using the platform has been a great experience so far. Moving between applications is simple and managing the site is easy to handle. As the system administrator, I have no complaints because I'm able to carry out my responsibilities and day to day tasks without any problems. The My Tasks section has also been especially helpful.
Cons
The biggest challenge right now is user adoption and we need to do a better job of educating users. I'm also looking forward to spending time with the upgraded version that was unveiled today to see how it can better support my organization.

“decent reporting but needs further refining”
Pros
The reporting feature is solid and the pricing feels fair for what you get. There's definitely a lot of potential in the software although it still needs some polishing to fully get there. The mobile platform is improving as well and seems to be heading in the right direction.
Cons
It could be more user friendly to use overall. Customization can also become a bit hectic though a lot of that depends on the company implementing and managing it.

“strong features”
Pros
Getting started with the software has been easy and I'm really enjoying the features available so far. I'm still very new to using it but I'm excited to learn more about what it can really do. I'll probably be relying on the help resources for a while as I continue exploring its full potential.
Cons
At this stage, I haven't run into any issues. I'm still very new to the software but I'm looking forward to understanding more of its capabilities. For now, I expect to keep using the help options as I get more familiar with everything it offers.

“flexible feature”
Pros
it is easy to use and one of its biggest strengths is how well you can connect different applications and tie processes together. The platform is flexible which makes it easier to adapt to different needs and I also appreciate how transparent Intelex is as a company. The walkthroughs are especially useful for training users and introducing new features during rollouts. Escalating notifications are another helpful part of the system and their customer-focused approach really stands out because they genuinely work with you to help you get the most value from the platform.
Cons
Honestly, there is not much to complain about. Most of the challenges have been more related to the usual people-side change management that comes with implementing any system, along with the fact that some external systems do not integrate into this as easily as Intelex itself operates.

“adaptive platform with strong BI”
Pros
The configurable setup gives us an adaptive solution that fits our needs well and the available BI tools are solid. It's also a dynamic platform that has seen steady improvements over the past five years so it continues to feel current and up to date.
Cons
It's possible to take customization too far and we've noticed that straying too much from the out-of-the-box setup can end up requiring a lot of internal resources.
