“Amazing Compliance Program
Pros
The integration with this program was by far the simplest process we have come across. It serves as an exceptional compliance tracker and is perfect for our customers and the third-party companies we collaborate with.
Cons
To be honest, there's not much to complain about with this program. It operates smoothly, and it's easy to administer and keep up with.

“Good Pre Qualification Site
Pros
I find the dashboard quite easy to navigate, and the message center is very helpful in staying on top of requirements and information requests.
Cons
The grading system seems a bit twisted for certain items, and the review process for posted information can be slow.

“Impossible to master
Pros
Personally, I have nothing positive to say about it. It can be puzzling to use, and instructions may vary from page to page.
Cons
They change ratings without any notification, and they don't offer any assistance.

“Continuing operations in terrible oil market & global pandemic
Pros
I neither like nor dislike the software. It's simply irrelevant to me. What truly matters is how value-added benefits are delivered to our customer base. Best regards - Nicklaus Cole Brown, Orr Enterprises, Inc. PS - John 2:13-22
Cons
Similar to the previous point or you can say I have nothing good to say about this product.

“Bait & Switch - No REFUNDS
Pros
There aren't many positive aspects. We had to pay for the service to work with Southern California Edison.
Cons
The parameters set by SCE are extremely difficult to meet. You don't know if you're eligible to work with them until you purchase the service, which costs $4,200 for 160 employees. There are too many forms to constantly update, and they mainly focus on EMR. So, a lot of time is spent trying to comply with SCE's requirements without any guarantee of work or return on investment. I requested ISN to close my account, but they responded with, "ISN does not issue refunds."

“Terrible Organization Use Comply Works!
Pros
This software is terrible, obsessed solely by money and not safety. They establish rules and, even when you rectify mistakes such as a bookkeeping error in employee count, they refuse to make corrections if it means reducing your bill, despite providing payroll records for three years and hiring a bookkeeper due to overwhelming growth as a small business. This program is awful, but Comply Works is fantastic with its user-friendly interface and simple updates. I can only assume that large companies receive it for free while subcontractors bear the brunt. I sincerely hope that reputable companies review this and choose Comply Works or Avetta instead. ISN Net WORLD is terrible, and it's disheartening that we're forced to use this horrible program.
Cons
I have to say, everything about it is a challenge - from updating and communication to the exorbitant cost and terrible customer service. Who treats their customers this way? It's unbelievable! They refused to correct our invoice just because I in the beginning mentioned that 23 sounded about right. Well, 19 and 23 aren't that far apart, but one is a whopping $1000 more than the other. Their organization is a mess, lacking values and integrity. They're not interested in ensuring people's safety; they're only focused on taking advantage of janitors who don't have the same resources as bigger companies. I urge everyone, contractors and all, to stop using ISN NET WORLD. Instead, go for Comply Works. It's a much better choice.

“Good and reliable compliance management software
Pros
I have prior experience using ISNetworld, although I'm not currently using it. During my usage, I found it to be a reliable product. It is well-designed and offers inclusive features for managing compliance within our organization and with contractors and partners. This product simplifies the organization of compliance documentation and records, as well as the generation of compliance reports.
Cons
While it's a decent product, I didn't find any standout features that impressed me greatly.

“Good product, but website is too layered to find things efficiently
Pros
It keeps track of a vast amount of information, easing the stress of subcontractor management. Additionally, it provides the convenience of obtaining ID badges for entry to work sites, allowing automatic logins.
Cons
The setup process is quite lengthy, and to add to the frustration, the website is not user-friendly. There are countless pages with sub-pages and even sub-sub-pages. If you're searching for something specific and don't know where to find it, be prepared to spend a considerable amount of time searching.
