Excellent ISO-aligned calibration reporting

Pros

Calibration tools along with the document and device management features have been really useful for us. The reports and statistics are amazing as well and being aligned with ISO standards matters a lot to our team.

Cons

Everything has been working well for us and we have not run into any issues.

all-in-one task management

Pros

Switching to this application has made a big difference because everything I need is now in one place. The app is very easy to use and it replaced the many Excel files I used before. Managing my work is much more convenient now.

Cons

No complaints from my side as its amazing to work with.

traceability done right

Pros

For our team, getting started was much faster because the initial data could be brought in from an existing database or Excel sheets which really helped during onboarding. It also gives full traceability for every piece of equipment even ones that have already been withdrawn. Having everything gathered in a single tool is a big advantage too: calibration certificates, cost management, suppliers, limited usage rules, users and locations, internal verification procedures, reference tools and more.

Cons

One limitation is that tool identification still relies on barcodes instead of QR codes. That becomes especially problematic for thin tools like circumeters. This is expected to be available in 2022.
