This software has been a really strong fit for us since the start. It gives us real-time visibility into production activity across the shop floor, along with the inventory and lot control features we needed. The system is simple and easy to use which has helped cut down training time. Access to the back-end data has also been very useful for reporting, data trending and building dashboards.

Cons

We really have not run into any issues with the system so there are no real dislikes or concerns to mention. It supports our workflow reliably and handles everything without trouble.

Pros

One thing that really works in its favor is how innovative the platform is and how consistently they keep improving it for customers. New updates are introduced on an ongoing basis which is a huge advantage because it avoids massive disruptive changes that impact every user or module all at once. We use it in our contract packaging and converting business and it performs extremely well for both. There is also a lot of integration capability, plus a strong knowledge base that is useful for users at every level. We've had amazing results with the Quality module as well and even expanded its use to track our H&S incidents in real time with date and time stamps, all accessible to authorized users. On top of that, Nulogy University and the Support team are excellent outstanding in terms of content, responsiveness and genuine support.

Cons

A few of the add-on features are priced higher than what I can justify in my budget. They are not must-haves but they would definitely make parts of my job a little easier.

Right from the start it has been very user-friendly with a simple and efficient production management features. It gives us excellent traceability so we can confidently monitor materials, production activity and performance. Another big plus is how flexible it is with integrations, allowing data to move smoothly between different systems and giving us better visibility across operations.

So far I don't have any specific drawbacks to point out. The solution has consistently delivered on what we need and has continued to adapt as our requirements have changed.

What I appreciate most about Nulogy Shop Floor Solution is the real-time visibility it gives into production activities which makes it much simpler to monitor progress and respond to issues quickly. It also improves accuracy and cuts down on manual errors. On top of that, the system is user-friendly so adoption on the shop floor feels much more natural.

Cons

Production schedule on the main screen could be improved since it doesn't indicate whether the feedstock has been ordered. Because of that we have to open each project one by one to confirm the feedstock status. It would be far more efficient if that information were shown directly on the main screen in a single view.

Pros

After more than two years with this software, I got used to it pretty quickly and I was comfortable with the system within the first week or two. It's very user-friendly, Nulogy Univeristy turned out to be a really helpful way to learn features I haven't used yet. Since adopting it, my MRP process has been much more efficient and keeping track of orders and inventory feels simple and low-stress. On top of that customer support is consistently responsive whenever questions or issues come up and they usually get things resolved in under a day.

Cons

It does have a few limitations. Report customization isn't always available and some features can't be adjusted to match specific business needs. When requests come up for system changes or added feature the response is pretty often a no.

It gives management, the shop floor, the warehouse team and even our customers clear visibility into what's happening. In a fast-moving project management environment like ours, having access to accurate, real-time results is essential and Nulogy helps us stay on top of that.

Cons

Because we work in a very unique custom-solutions business, our needs are not always one-size-fits-all. There are situations where we still have to pull data out of Nulogy and further manipulate it to create reports for customers or to meet internal reporting requirements.

My onboarding experience with their team was very easy. The system is user-friendly and the customer service and sales support have both been excellent. I also really value the tracking and traceability tools, along with the order management and inventory features.

I don't have any complaints. It's simple to work with and the Nulogy team also keeps us updated by reaching out about upcoming features and improvements.
