“Omegacube ERP”
Pros
This product is web-based and can be accessed from outside the office. It reduces the time spent on daily repetitive tasks. Moving to related records is as simple as clicking on a link on the current screen/page. The product offers customization options, and upgrades are performed remotely during non-working hours or over a weekend. Upgrades do not overwrite customized changes.
Cons
There is always room for improvement in any product. The important thing is how the vendor addresses it and the time it takes. Omegacube actually listens to your suggestions and if they see that other customers would benefit from the change, they incorporate it into the base product quickly. They also provide quick fixes and patches for the product, unlike most vendors who take a considerable amount of time.

OmegaCube ERP covers a wide range of features, including MRP, purchasing, sales, shipping, CRM, HR, quality control, barcode reading, RMA, maintenance, asset tracking and physical inventory. We have successfully reduced it to a single day's work. OmegaCube provides a great support staff for training, problem-solving, and customization. Also the software is flexible enough to accommodate various needs. The business intelligence reporting is robust, meeting quality requirements such as supplier performance and on-time deliveries. It offers multiple ways to track data through personalized categories which allows for multi-level reporting. Sales numbers can be analyzed from high-level summaries to detailed insights with just a few clicks. Effective tracking of customer and vendor information is facilitated through reason codes and responses to RMA's and returns to vendors.
Cons
The staff at OmegaCube is exceptional. They are friendly, polite and professional. I have never encountered any issues with any topic I've presented. The software is dynamic and constantly improving.
